  Log into your Petplanet account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the pet apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the items are free of pet hair and odors to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
